1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TradeThesis (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use this Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and TradeThesis Inc. ("TradeThesis", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, web application, APIs, and all associated services.
2. About TradeThesis
TradeThesis is an AI-powered market research terminal designed for equity markets and cryptocurrency markets. The Platform provides tools including AI-driven analysis, market indicators, stock screeners, alerts, watchlists, strategy builders, and backtesting capabilities.
TradeThesis is a research and education tool only. It is not a brokerage, trading platform, portfolio management service, or investment advisory service.
3. Important Disclaimer — Not Investment Advice

- • TradeThesis is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
- • All content — including AI-generated analysis, market digests, indicators, screener outputs, and alerts — is for educational and informational purposes only.
- • Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or cryptocurrency.
- • Past performance shown in backtests and historical data does not guarantee future results.
- • Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions. Always consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making financial decisions.
Market data, AI outputs, screener results, and all other content provided by the Platform may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. TradeThesis makes no representation about the suitability of any information for any particular purpose.
4. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law;
- Not be barred from using the Platform under any applicable law or court order;
- If registering on behalf of a business entity, have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
5. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at mohit@tradethesis.in of any unauthorized access to your account.
- You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms and your subscription plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for:
- Personal, non-commercial market research and education;
- Internal business research (not for redistribution or resale);
- Building and testing personal investment strategies for your own use;
- Any other use explicitly authorized in writing by TradeThesis.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform data or AI outputs;
- Use Platform outputs to provide investment advice or advisory services to third parties;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without our written permission;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models, algorithms, or source code;
- Use Platform data to engage in or facilitate market manipulation;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content;
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, including SEBI regulations;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, branding, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies, is owned by TradeThesis Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 TradeThesis Inc. All rights reserved.
User Content: You retain ownership of strategies, watchlists, and configurations you create on the Platform. By creating such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.
AI Outputs: AI-generated analysis and content is provided "as-is." We make no ownership guarantee over AI outputs and you should not rely on them as authoritative or original works.
9. Third-Party Data & Services
The Platform integrates third-party data providers and services. Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms:
- Binance: Cryptocurrency market data — subject to Binance's terms of service.
- OpenRouter / Anthropic: AI query processing — your queries may be processed by third-party large language models subject to their respective policies.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or changes to third-party data or terms. Data delays and inaccuracies are possible. Do not rely on Platform data for time-critical trading decisions.
10. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs on the Platform are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI models do not have real-time market access unless explicitly stated for a specific feature;
- AI analysis may reflect biases or limitations inherent in training data;
- You should never solely rely on AI outputs for financial decisions;
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADETHESIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) data will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) the Platform will meet your specific requirements; or (d) any defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADETHESIS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TRADETHESIS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeThesis Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the Platform or Platform data;
- Your reliance on Platform outputs for actual investment or trading decisions;
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, with or without prior notice, for: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, activities that harm the Platform or other users, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Sections 3, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16).
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to Section 16 (Dispute Resolution), any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
16. Dispute Resolution
Step 1 — Grievance Officer: Any dispute, grievance, or complaint must first be raised in writing with our Grievance Officer at mohit@tradethesis.in. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and work to resolve the matter within 30 days, as required under the IT Rules, 2021.
Step 2 — Arbitration: If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
